American Chemical Society-Portland Section hosts science startup forum at OSU

All-day forum on science entrepreneurship hosted by Portland Section of the American Chemical Society (ACS)

The Portland Section of the American Chemical Society (ACS) is hosting an all-day forum on science entrepreneurship on April 28, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Linus Pauling Science Center at Oregon State University. Participants can learn from the startup experiences of science entrepreneurs across Oregon, learn from science faculty, investors and intellectual property lawyers and gain the knowledge and specific steps to start a successful science business.

The event is sponsored by the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnology Institute (ONAMI), OTRADI(Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute), ACS Oregon and Illumina, a global leader in genomics at the intersection of biology and technology.
