This form is intended to assist with registration and override requests for on-campus chemistry courses.  It may take upwards of 3-5 business days for a response.

Please choose if you are wanting an override for an on-campus or Ecampus course. If you have additional questions about an Ecampus course, please use our Ecampus information request form here.

If you do not have an OSU ID number, you will need to apply to the university first before submitting an override request. Ecampus admission information is available here

If you are waiting on your application, you can contact the Ecampus department here or call Student Support at 800-667-1465 to check on the status of your application.
If undecided, type n/a.

If your class is not listed, it may not be available this term. Please check the Schedule of Classes here first. Select the current term and search with the prefix CH to see which chemistry courses are available this term.
