An OSU Faculty member has requested that I contact you to help make your travel arrangements for your seminar on the date you've chosen.  If you have any questions during the process, please don’t hesitate to contact me.


  1. Please fill out the Travel Request Webform:

a.  Please plan to arrive the day before your scheduled interview.

b.  If adding a hotel, please have it Direct Billed to OSU.

c.  We generally place our visitors at the Hilton Garden Inn (due to campus proximity, etc.)

d.  Please decide whether you'd like a rental car or a shuttle.  Rental cars can be reserved by the travel agent, but cannot be direct billed to OSU.  You’ll need to pay for a rental car out of pocket and request a reimbursement at the end of your visit.

Once these arrangements have been confirmed, you will also receive an email invitation to our Vendor Maintenance System, Benny Buy.  This will allow for any and all reimbursements that you may need post visit.  The University cannot process reimbursements without this information.
