Research Interests:
Our group is a solid state chemistry and materials science laboratory. Our major interest is to understand and tackle challenges of strategic materials and key electrochemical processes for energy storage and conversion devices.  We are particularly interested in improving their safety, energy density and power density.  We take an interdisciplinary approach to learn and manipulate electrochemical behaviours of materials and architectures.  We also design and develop new energy devices based on innovative applications of electrochemical principles and band-gap engineering.
