General Information

 CH224-6 is the beginning chemistry sequence covering the fundamental microscopic mathematical principles underlying  our understanding of macroscopic properties of materials.

The Baccalaureate Core:

CH 224H, CH 225H, and CH 226H meet the Physical Science (with lab) requirement

 

Prerequisite
  
One year of high school chemistry and   acceptable aptitude test scores.
  
Honors College approval required

Course Structure
  Three one hour lectures, one hour of recitation and a three hour lab per week. A five credit class.
